With technical advances within the coffee world in recent years, filter brew drinks have grown in popularity. These preparations allow us a more delicate cup, allowing an appreciation of the
characteristic aromas of each coffee.
This course is aimed at coffee lovers who want to learn more about extractions with filter methods. The objective of the workshop is to give self-sufficiency to the trainee, enabling them to vary the extraction of coffee, achieving a balanced cup and the desired body using filter coffee makers. A great variety of filter coffee machines will be explored (V60, Aeropress, Chemex…).
The working groups will be small (maximum 4 people) and the organization of the courses is on demand. The workshop will have a duration of 3 hours.
