In this workshop we invite you to deepen your knowledge on the history of the coffee plant, the countries of origin and the production processes along with a gustative cupping. The objective of this workshop is to provide basic information about the coffee plant as well as the essentials to prepare a Brazilian cupping and compare the different cup profiles.
