This coffee, which is now part of the company’s history, has become a ritual eagerly awaited by those who enjoy accompanying the festive season with a memorable cup.

A coffee born of tradition
Since the late 1980s, when we opened our shop on Argenteria Street, we have maintained the custom of creating a unique blend for this time of year. Over time, this gesture has become a small tradition shared between our team and the coffee lovers who visit us every year in search of something special for their Christmas gatherings.
A blend designed for winter
For this edition of the 2025 Christmas Blend, we have selected two coffees that balance each other perfectly. On the one hand, Nicaragua Montesol, a Central American origin that brings cleanliness to the cup and a marked sweetness of caramel and brown sugar, with a creamy body and subtle acidity. On the other hand, Ethiopia Daniso, an African origin with a natural process that provides sweeter notes: hints of ripe fruit, hints of raisins and a juicy acidity that enhances the flavour.
The blend is silky and enveloping, with a generous body that makes it an excellent accompaniment to biscuits, nougat, panettone and all those sweets we save for December. It is a coffee that invites you to sit down, chat and share moments.
Versatile roast to enjoy however you like
The roast chosen for this edition is as versatile as the blend itself. It is designed to allow the coffee to shine in both espresso and filter preparations. This way, everyone can enjoy it using their favourite method, ground for mocha, V60, Aeropress, French press… or, of course, as beans to be ground just before preparing the cup.
Without a doubt, this adaptability is one of the reasons why this blend has become a classic in our Christmas catalogue. A coffee that performs well in virtually any extraction method and allows you to enjoy its sweet and balanced profile without complications.

A sensory profile designed for the festive season
The Christmas Blend offers a pleasant, sweet character, with notes reminiscent of caramelised nuts, dried fruit and a hint of praline. The acidity is smooth and well integrated, and the body is full enough to make the coffee warm, rounded and perfect for finishing off a celebratory meal.
